Oral Appliances for Snoring
Many people suffer from some sort of airflow reduction during their sleep. If your snoring is diagnosed as being a result of airway obstruction an oral appliance may be custom fit to hold your mouth in a better position to not snore. By holding your jaw in a forward position, gently keeping your tongue in place, or adjusting your mouth while you sleep, your snoring should lessen and in many cases disappear all together.
