Preventive care
The visits that keep small problems from growing into expensive ones.
- Regular checkups. Your cleaning and exam, where we look for decay, gum trouble and wear while they're still small.
- Fillings and sealants. A filling repairs a cavity, and a sealant coats the grooves of a back tooth so food and plaque have less to cling to.
- Gum disease treatment. Start here if your gums bleed when you brush, look puffy or have started to pull back from your teeth.
- Mouth guards. Custom guards for contact sports, plus night guards for people who clench or grind in their sleep.
- Bad breath treatment. If bad breath keeps coming back however often you brush, we look for where it's actually coming from.
- Sleep apnea. Loud snoring and waking up tired can point to sleep apnea, and this page covers how a dentist can help.
Restorative and urgent care
Repairing damaged teeth, replacing missing ones and getting you out of pain.
- Dental implants. A fixed replacement for one missing tooth or several, planned with 3D cone beam imaging.
- Dentures. Removable teeth for when several of your teeth, or all of them, need replacing.
- Crowns and bridges. A crown covers a cracked or weak tooth and a bridge fills a gap, and many crowns are milled in one visit with CEREC.
- Root canal treatment. When the nerve inside a tooth gets infected, this is the treatment that cleans it out and seals it.
- Wisdom teeth removal. We check how your wisdom teeth are coming in and take them out when they're crowding or hurting.
- Tooth extractions. When a tooth can't be repaired, we take it out and walk you through the options for filling the space.
- Sedation dentistry. If the chair makes you anxious, or the visit is a long one, sedation helps you stay calm through it.
- Emergency dentistry. We hold time for same-day appointments when a tooth cracks, throbs or gets knocked loose.
Cosmetic care
Changing how your smile looks, from color to shape to alignment.
- Teeth whitening. Professional whitening for stains left by coffee, tea, red wine and the years.
- Porcelain veneers. Thin porcelain shells bonded to the front of your teeth to change their shape, color or length.
- Clear aligners. Clear trays that straighten teeth for teens and adults who'd rather not wear brackets.

Common questions
Can I get in the same day for a dental emergency?
Usually, yes. We keep time open for same-day appointments, so call (725) 307-5569 as early as you can and tell us what happened. The emergency dentistry page covers what to do on the way in.
Can I see a dentist here without insurance?
Yes. Our in-house Complete Care Program is affordable dental coverage for patients without insurance, and you can also spread the cost through CareCredit or Proceed Finance. The financial page has the details.
Do you take my dental insurance?
We’re insurance friendly with most PPO plans. We file and track the claims for you, and if you’re out of network your benefits usually still apply. Have your plan details handy when you call.
Can I get a crown in one visit?
Often, yes. Our CEREC system designs and mills a tooth-colored, metal-free crown in the office, so many patients leave with the finished crown the same day. Read more on the CEREC page.
