  • Complete Care is $279, $389 or $479 a year, with no annual maximum, no deductible and no waiting period.
  • Members get routine exams and cleanings, routine X-rays as needed, fluoride with every cleaning and 20% off dental services.
  • The New Patient Special is $87, valid only in the absence of gum disease, and the Limited Exam is $75.
  • Ask for the cost of each procedure in writing before any work starts, at any office.

What payment plans does Desert Hills Dental offer?

Monthly financing through CareCredit and Cherry, the lenders named on our financial page. Both are outside lenders, so the lender sets your rate, your term and whether you’re approved, not our office.

You can apply before your visit. Our financial page links to the Desert Hills Dental Cherry application and to a CareCredit application. Before you sign, read the lender’s own terms for the rate, the monthly payment and what happens if a promotional period ends with a balance left. If a term isn’t clear, ask the lender directly.

How much is the Complete Care membership?

It’s a flat yearly fee, and there are three plans. These are the prices on our Complete Care Program page as of October 20, 2026.

Complete Care Program yearly prices
Plan Price per year
Child, 15 and under $279
Adult $389
Adult periodontal $479

The program page lists these member benefits: routine dental exams and cleanings, routine X-rays as needed, fluoride with every cleaning and 20% off dental services. There’s no annual maximum, no deductible and no waiting period. Your membership starts the day you enroll, and members get same or next day priority appointments.

Your whole family can join. The membership is with our office only, so it doesn’t transfer to another dentist. To use the member discount on treatment, tell us you’re a member when you book. More on the program: Join Our Complete Care Program.

What does a first visit cost without insurance?

Two of the specials on our homepage price an exam. The New Patient Special is $87 and includes a first hygiene visit, an exam, an oral cancer screening and X-rays. It’s valid only in the absence of gum disease. If you’ve been told you have gum disease, ask what your first visit will cost instead, and our post on deep cleaning vs regular cleaning is worth reading first. The Limited Exam is $75 and covers one focused dental exam.

Specials can change, so confirm the price when you call. After the exam, ask for the treatment plan in writing with the cost of each procedure before anything starts. Our guide to dental care without insurance in Las Vegas covers the rest of the self-pay options.

Membership or financing: which one fits you?

Membership is for the care you’d get anyway, and financing is for a large bill you’d rather not pay in one go.

Choosing between Complete Care and financing
Your situation Usually the better fit Why
No insurance, you want checkups and cleanings Complete Care One yearly fee covers routine exams, cleanings, X-rays as needed and fluoride
No insurance, you also need fillings or a crown Complete Care, then ask about financing Members get 20% off dental services; ask whether a lender can spread the rest
A large treatment plan you can’t pay up front CareCredit or Cherry The cost is split into monthly payments on the lender’s terms
You have a PPO plan Your insurance first We’re insurance friendly with most PPO plans and file the claims for you

Do you take insurance as well?

Yes. We’re insurance friendly with most PPO plans, we file and track your claims, and out-of-network benefits usually apply. Insurance and financing aren’t either-or. If your plan leaves a balance, ask whether CareCredit or Cherry can spread it out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our Complete Care FAQ lists all credit and debit cards, cash and check. For a larger bill, CareCredit and Cherry spread the cost into monthly payments.

How do you get a price you can trust before you start?

Ask for it in writing, line by line. Our financial page commits to transparent pricing with no surprises, and a written plan is how you hold any office to that. Our guide on how to read a dental treatment plan shows what each line should say, and how to check a dental quote is fair covers comparing two offices.

If the plan changes partway through, ask for an updated estimate before the extra work is done. Then ask which work is urgent and which can wait, so you can spread treatment over time if the budget needs it.
